A. Job Posting
Input:
1. Job Description uploaded by the recruiter will be evaluated, and suggestions for improvement will be provided by hireasy.Al.
2. The recruiter will make final changes to the draft.
Output:
1. The refined job description will be posted on hireasy.Al with an option to restrict viewing/application by the applicant.
2. The applicant will receive a job code to apply. After registration,the applicant will need to enter the code and upload their resume.
B. Smart Resume Match & Ranking
Input:
1. The recruiter uploads a resume.
2. The applicant uploads a resume.
Output:
1. The dashboard is updated with fresh rankings.
2. Resume score and pass/fail results are published.
3. Remarks are generated and displayed when the cursor hovers over the score.
4. Resume evaluation results are available as a downloadable PDF.
C. Gen AI Interview
Output:
The recruiter sends a link to the applicant with the Job Code for the Interview.
D. Applicant Dossier
Contents:
1. Original Resume
2. One-page resume summary with evaluation remarks.
3. Interview conversation history.
4. Summary of candidate evaluation.
