Input:
1. Job Description uploaded by the recruiter will be evaluated, and suggestions for improvement will be provided by hireasy.Al.
2. The recruiter will make final changes to the draft.
Output:
1. The refined job description will be posted on hireasy.Al with an option to restrict viewing/application by the applicant.
2. The applicant will receive a job code to apply. After registration,the applicant will need to enter the code and upload their resume.
B. Smart Resume Match & Ranking
Input:
1. The recruiter uploads a resume.
2. The applicant uploads a resume.
Output:
1. The dashboard is updated with fresh rankings.
2. Resume score and pass/fail results are published.
3. Remarks are generated and displayed when the cursor hovers over the score.
4. Resume evaluation results are available as a downloadable PDF.
C. Gen AI Interview
Output:
The recruiter sends a link to the applicant with the Job Code for the Interview.
D. Applicant Dossier
Contents:
1. Original Resume

A. No Refunds
In the scenario of duplicate / erroneous charge, refund initiation by hireasy.ai will take 1 business day of receiving the request. Refund credit to customer: In the scenario of UPI/Wallet transactions, it will take 1 business day, whereas transactions initiated by Cards / Net-banking will take 5-7 business days.
For failed transactions no amount is captured, credits are allocated instantly on successful payments, so normal completed transactions are final and non-refundable.
B. Service Issues
In the event that the service is not to the satisfaction of the customer, we will take the complaint and provide a resolution to the problem. Please contact our support team at [support@hireasy.ai] with details of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
A. Service Cancellation
As our services are provided on a per-use basis, there is generally no need for a cancellation process. However, if you have scheduled an interview or another service that you wish to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if the Applicant has not already taken the interview.
B. Process for Cancellation
