We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a significant impact through creative design. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. * Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. * Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. * Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. * Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. * Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: * Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and others. * Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. * Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. * Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. * Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. * Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. * Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. * Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus. Preferred Skills: * Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. * Knowledge of usability factors in human-computer interaction. * Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions. * Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
